- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix until well blended.
- Form the cheese mixture into a log shape using plastic wrap. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, roll the log in chopped fresh parsley.
- Place it on a platter and serve with crackers or breadsticks.
Notes
For a fancy touch, drizzle some olive oil or balsamic glaze over the top. This cheese log can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
