- Blend the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, spices, baking soda, and seasoning in a food processor until combined but still a bit chunky.
- Form small balls or patties using your hands or a scoop.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a frying pan until sizzling hot.
- Fry the bites until they turn golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
Prepare Tahini Pipettes
- Thin out tahini with lemon juice and a drop of water, fill your pipettes or mini squeeze bottles.
Notes
These bites can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen before frying; fry them straight from the freezer for crispiness.
