Brownie Mix Ingredients
  • 1 box box brownie mix
  • 2 large large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Decoration Ingredients
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Melted for topping
  • Red food coloring For decorating
  • Black olives or chocolate chips For eyeball centers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding in eggs and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Let the brownies cool completely.
Decoration
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler.
  2. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cooled brownies to create "eyeball" effects.
  3. Add red food coloring around the white chocolate to create veins.
  4. Place black olives or chocolate chips in the center for pupils.
  5. Let everything set, then cut the brownies into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days at room temperature. Use high-quality chocolate for melting for better results.
