  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 Tablespoons almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour (superfine)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Using a hand mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the vanilla, almond milk, and salt, then mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add the almond flour, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Eat immediately or chill for 15 minutes for a firmer texture!

Notes

For extra flavor, serve topped with a sprinkle of sea salt. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for a month.
