Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Microwave or bake to make it safe to eat.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (salted or unsalted, softened)
  • 2-4 tbsp milk Add more or less as needed.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt Omit if using salted butter.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165℉ (about 40–60 seconds) or bake in a 350℉ oven for 3–5 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. In a mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the cooled flour, vanilla, and salt. Pour in the milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. It lasts in the fridge for about 3-5 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months. Customize with mix-ins like peanut butter chips or cinnamon.
