- Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165℉ (about 40–60 seconds) or bake in a 350℉ oven for 3–5 minutes. Let it cool.
- In a mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add the cooled flour, vanilla, and salt. Pour in the milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. It lasts in the fridge for about 3-5 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months. Customize with mix-ins like peanut butter chips or cinnamon.
