- In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out a whole wheat wrap and place a handful of lettuce or spinach in the center.
- Spoon the tuna mixture onto the lettuce. Top with a slice of cheese and add sliced tomatoes if desired.
- Roll the wrap tightly and slice it in half.
- Optional: Grill the wrap in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side to let that cheese melt beautifully before serving.
Notes
Serve with crispy potato chips or a fresh fruit salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for about 2 days.
