Ingredients
  

For the Tuna Mixture
  • 1 can canned tuna
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Wrap
  • 2 pieces whole wheat wraps
  • 2 slices slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • to taste Lettuce or spinach
  • optional slices sliced tomatoes Add if you like!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out a whole wheat wrap and place a handful of lettuce or spinach in the center.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the lettuce. Top with a slice of cheese and add sliced tomatoes if desired.
  4. Roll the wrap tightly and slice it in half.
  5. Optional: Grill the wrap in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side to let that cheese melt beautifully before serving.

Notes

Serve with crispy potato chips or a fresh fruit salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for about 2 days.
