Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into uniform thin strips.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or sprinkle some extra spices for added flavor. Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
