  • 2 medium sweet potatoes About 500g, washed and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into uniform thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or sprinkle some extra spices for added flavor. Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
