Method
 

Preparation

  2. Season the mix with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Notes

For extra flavor, mix in some chopped jalapeƱos. If using frozen corn, ensure it's thawed and drained. Can swap chicken for black beans or chickpeas for a vegetarian option.
