  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped Chop fresh spinach before measuring.
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped Canned or frozen artichoke hearts work well.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is preferred.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until it’s a smooth and creamy mixture.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven. To make ahead, assemble a day before and bake fresh.
