  • 6 large large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
Optional Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers optional
  • 1/2 cup diced onions optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  2. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be enjoyed with fresh herbs. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3–4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Adjust seasonings and veggie options to your taste.
