  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

For an extra crispy top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. This casserole stays at its best for about 3-4 days in the fridge, or you can freeze it for up to 2 months.
