  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water
Toppings

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and water, and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet, pressing it out to your desired thickness.
  5. Use your fingers to create dimples in the dough and sprinkle with dried herbs and flaky sea salt.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown and crispy.
  2. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze slices for up to 3 months. Reheat to enjoy fresh-baked taste.
