- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Pour the garlic Parmesan mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months. For a lighter version, swap heavy cream with a lower-fat alternative.
