  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Pour the garlic Parmesan mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months. For a lighter version, swap heavy cream with a lower-fat alternative.
