  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
For serving
  • 2 cups Rice or veggies For serving alongside the chicken

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season boneless chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over it.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once cooked, serve the chicken over rice or alongside your favorite veggies.

Notes

For best results, cook on low for a tender result. You can also add vegetables into the pot for a one-dish meal.
