Method
Preparing the crust
- In a bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well-coated.
- Press the cookie mixture into a tart pan, ensuring the bottom and sides are even.
- Chill the crust in the fridge while you make the filling.
Making the filling
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring heavy cream just to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the chilled crust and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
Serving the tart
- Top with fresh raspberries and dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
