  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • green onions for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ground ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until fully coated.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, marinate the wings for a couple of hours or overnight. To achieve extra crispiness, broil for the last few minutes of cooking.
