Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Layer the roasted green chiles in the bottom of the prepared dish, followed by half of the cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the chiles and cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
