Main Ingredients
  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs (Bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika (optional) Optional for additional flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over each thigh and rub it in thoroughly.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sprinkle evenly onto both sides of the thighs.
  4. Place the seasoned thighs skin-side up on a lined baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For crispier skin, broil them for the last few minutes of baking. Can be seasoned in advance and stored in the fridge.
