Preparation
- Pat the chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over each thigh and rub it in thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sprinkle evenly onto both sides of the thighs.
- Place the seasoned thighs skin-side up on a lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For crispier skin, broil them for the last few minutes of baking. Can be seasoned in advance and stored in the fridge.
