  • 1 package Frozen samosas Air fry according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Chickpeas (cooked or canned)
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Can swap for coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option
  • 2 tablespoons Chutney (tamarind and mint)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Spices (cumin, chaat masala) Use based on preference
  • 1/4 cup Sev (crispy noodles) For added crunch, heat in a pan for 1 minute

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Air fry the frozen samosas according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. Chop the golden samosas into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a serving plate, layer the chopped samosas, chickpeas, yogurt, and both chutneys.
  4. Top it all off with chopped onions, tomatoes, and cilantro for that fresh crunch.
  5. Sprinkle with spices and sev for the ultimate texture.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the components in separate airtight containers. Keep samosas in the fridge for up to 2 days and fresh ingredients refrigerated for maximum freshness. Don't mix everything until ready to serve to avoid soggy samosas.
