Ingredients
  

For the garlic bread
  • 1 package gluten-free pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste pizza sauce for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Keep an eye on the garlic bread while baking; burnt garlic can ruin the flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be reheated in the oven.
