Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Cooking Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until golden brown.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
Making the Sauce
  1. Stir in the dairy-free cream and nutritional yeast, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
Combining
