Preparation
- Place the steak bites in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning and beef broth, then pour it over the steak.
- Add the butter and pepperoncini peppers on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For storage, leftover steak bites keep well in the fridge for about 3-4 days or can be frozen in an airtight container. Reheat using microwave or stovetop with added beef broth to maintain moisture. Experiment with seasonings for variations!
