Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the melted garlic butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add the mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Serve warm, spooning the garlic butter sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Notes
For a richer sauce, consider adding a splash of cream at the end. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
