Preparation
- Place the beef stew meat on one side of the crockpot and the baby potatoes on the other side.
- Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both sides.
- Gently toss the beef to coat evenly in the seasonings, but keep it separate from the potatoes.
- Add the chopped garlic on top of the meat and potatoes.
- Place the butter pads over the entire dish.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Spoon the garlic butter sauce from the bottom over the beef and potatoes when done.

Notes
For deeper flavor, sear the meat before adding it to the crockpot. To add a bit of heat, consider adding red pepper flakes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge or frozen for up to 3 months.
