  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 piece onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a crockpot, combine chicken, potatoes, onion, garlic, and chicken broth.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and let cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, topped with crispy bacon, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
