  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts No need to thaw if using frozen.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled Adds a savory crunch.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with pepper jack for added spice.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving
  • Rice or burger buns Serve over rice or in sandwiches.

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning and cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the creamy mixture.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Serving
  1. Serve over rice, in sandwiches, or on its own!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Add a splash of chicken broth when reheating if it looks too thick. Toppings like green onions or sour cream can enhance the dish.
