Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the ranch seasoning and cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the creamy mixture.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Serving
- Serve over rice, in sandwiches, or on its own!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Add a splash of chicken broth when reheating if it looks too thick. Toppings like green onions or sour cream can enhance the dish.
