  • 4 pieces chicken breasts You can use frozen chicken.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix Can use a homemade mix if desired.
  • 1 packet gravy mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • to taste Salt and pepper Add according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, gravy mix, and chicken broth together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and easily shredded.
Serving
  1. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in microwave or stovetop. Consider adding diced vegetables or adjusting the gravy thickness by removing the lid in the last hour of cooking.
