Preparation
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add the cooked rice and broccoli florets.
- Top with shredded cheese.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir before serving and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
