  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh or frozen can be used.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup This provides creaminess.
  • 1 cup chicken broth Adds flavor and moisture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Use your favorite cheese.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasoning to preference.

Preparation
  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Add the cooked rice and broccoli florets.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Stir before serving and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
