  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for spice preference.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Can be swapped for a vegan alternative.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Split into two portions: half for mixing and half for topping.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Greek yogurt can be used for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles Omit if not a fan of blue cheese.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  2. Stir until everything is well combined.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Once hot and creamy, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles on top.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in microwave or crockpot.
