  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and cream cheese together until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot, coating it evenly.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Once the chicken is done, shred it with forks and stir the sauce.
  7. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked pasta, and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Pro Tip: Don’t skip the garnish! A sprinkle of fresh parsley adds a pop of color and brightness. Additional tips include using thighs for more flavor and considering Greek yogurt as a cream cheese substitute.
