  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

  1. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes
