Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station: In one bowl, beat the eggs; in another, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it on to adhere.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the breaded chicken.
  2. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
