- Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it on to adhere.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the breaded chicken.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
