  • 1 cup Romano cheese, grated You can substitute with Parmesan if desired.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs recommended for extra crunch.
  • 2 pieces eggs, beaten Provides a binding agent for the coating.
  • 1 piece lemon, zested and juiced Adds a zesty flavor to the chicken.
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 1 to taste Pepper
  • as needed Olive oil for baking Drizzle on the baking sheet.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, grated Romano cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs and mix in the lemon juice.
Coating the Chicken

Baking
