For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
  • 1 cup jasmine rice Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream This forms the creamy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce Add more to taste for extra spice.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Chopped cilantro For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Cook jasmine rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream and hot sauce together until well combined.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat and pour the sauce over the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the creamy spicy chicken over jasmine rice and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider lightly breading the chicken before frying. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
