  • 2 large sweet potatoes Peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For coating
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs for garnish Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into even-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3–4 days. Reheat in the air fryer to retain crispiness. For variations, try using different types of sweet potatoes or adding other vegetables.
