Baking
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on top.
- Using a kitchen torch, caramelize the sugar until it forms a crispy, golden crust.
- Let it cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
If you have leftovers, you can keep this in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes or microwave for about 30 seconds.
