Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
This dish is best served warm with a side salad for added crunch. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
