  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing the garlic.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Use nutritional yeast for a vegan option.
  • 4 cups Spinach Can substitute with other greens like broccoli or zucchini.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to personal preference.

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water.
Cooking
  1. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Reduce heat and pour in the cream, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing it all together.
  5. Fold in spinach until wilted, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.

Notes

For best results, choose pasta shapes like shells or fusilli that hold the sauce well. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
