  • 1 cup Ditalini pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Adjust creaminess to taste.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is recommended.
  • 4 cups Chicken broth Vegetable broth can be used for vegetarian version.

  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh and chopped.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned, then remove any excess grease.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add Ditalini pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Reduce heat, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
