Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Caesar dressing, heavy cream, and garlic powder until combined.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a lemon twist, add lemon zest and juice into the sauce. For a vegan version, swap chicken for tofu and heavy cream for coconut cream. This dish stores well in the fridge for 3-4 days or can be frozen for up to 2 months.
