  • 4 pieces chicken thighs Bone-in thighs for juiciness.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For searing the chicken.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Add flavor to the sauce.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a rich sauce.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For creaminess and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
Searing
  1. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning some sauce over them.
Baking
  1. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For even juicier meat, use bone-in thighs. You can add a splash of white wine for extra flavor, or use half-and-half for a lighter version. Don’t forget to taste the sauce before serving and pair with garlic bread or crusty rolls to soak up the creamy goodness.
