  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped Can be substituted with any cooked bacon.
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Rotisserie chicken works great for convenience.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Toasting garlic enhances the flavor.
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella For mixing into the casserole.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar For mixing into the casserole.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Store-bought or homemade can be used.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar, for topping Extra cheese on top for a bubbly finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing until well combined.
Baking
  1. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the top with additional cheddar and mozzarella.
  3. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for a few months. Reheat slowly in the oven or microwave for best results. Consider adding nuts or spices for extra flavor.
