  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing.
  4. Spread this mixture evenly in your greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with the additional cheddar and mozzarella.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  2. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole keeps well in the fridge for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze it for up to three months. Reheat in the oven or microwave, covering to prevent drying out.
