Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with a fresh green salad or roasted veggies. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently.
