Method
Cooking the Pasta
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
Making the Sauce
- In a saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, and season with salt and pepper.
Combining & Serving
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce, tossing to combine.
- Serve topped with fresh parsley and Parmesan.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of water or extra cream.
