Cooking Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Beef and Sauce
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add lean ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in heavy cream or Greek yogurt and cheese until melted and combined; then season with salt and pepper.
Combining Ingredients
- Add in the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
- If using, add vegetables and cook until they are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat with a splash of milk or water to keep it creamy.
