  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, or parsley) Fresh herbs can be used in three times the quantity.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Sautéing enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, dried herbs, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired before serving.

Notes

This dish can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. It can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave when ready to enjoy.
