Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta, mixing until well combined.

Notes
