- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken, vegetables, and minced garlic. Simmer until the vegetables are nice and tender.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and toss them into the pot.
- Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
