Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Microwave for 15 seconds if short on time.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice) Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Gouda work well.
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 small can diced green chilies, drained
  • ΒΌ cup diced green onions
For Serving
  • Tortilla chips or veggies For dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Mix in the shredded cheese and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  3. Fold in the diced green chilies and green onions.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and chill for about 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies and enjoy!

Notes

You can keep this creamy goodness in the fridge for about 3 to 5 days. Make it a day before for the best flavor, just stir before serving.
